Spoken interpreting is our speciality. We provide professional telephone interpreting, video interpreting, and face-to-face interpreting for charities, businesses, and public sector organisations across the UK.

David Woodley
CEO
David brings extensive business & leadership experience to Clear Voice. His role is to ensure an ambitious future for Clear Voice, maximising our financial contribution to our parent charity, Migrant Help.

Dawn Wall
Director of Sales & Marketing
Dawn has over 20 years’ experience leading teams within the language services sector. She oversees Clear Voice’s sales, marketing and partnerships strategy, as well as the account management for all our clients.

Ilir Hoti
Head of Operations
As Head of Operations for Clear Voice, Ilir makes sure we deliver the best possible service to our clients. Ilir previously worked in asylum services and was himself an interpreter before joining us in 2014.

Dean Williams
Quality Manager
Dean worked in quality and compliance for several years before joining Clear Voice in 2021. He is responsible for ensuring that quality is at the heart of everything we do, enabling us to provide an excellent service to our clients.

Denise Farrell
Head of Finance
Denise has worked within finance for over 15 years, gaining experience across a range of sectors. She moved into the charity sector with Migrant Help in August 2019 and oversees finance for both Clear Voice and our parent charity.

Migrant Help exists to protect people affected by displacement and exploitation, helping them thrive as individuals and recover from their trauma. They support those most in need and least likely to find support elsewhere, whilst aiming to bridge community gaps and bring services and support together.
