Christmas Children’s Book Drive
This Christmas, Clear Voice and our interpreters donated children’s books to help local migrant and refugee families.
We collaborated with the Dover Hope Hub and Kent Refugee Action Network (KRAN) to ensure their libraries were stocked up in time for Christmas!
To gather donations we reached out to our pool of interpreters, our staff and to Clear Voice itself. Overall, we were able to bring together 40 children’s books to donate to the two organisations.
These books are now making sure that the young refugees both organisations work with have access to some fantastic stories, including works by Roald Dahl, the Mr Men series, and Spider-Man!
We want to thank our interpreters for their donations and wish both the Dover Hope Hub and KRAN a Merry Christmas and a fantastic 2023!
